BBC Bristol news feature on Happiness For Life

Happiness For Life is very at home in its new venue of the Pierien Centre in Bristol. The local BBC radio news stumbled across the course just before the present run – never tell a news anchor that 'not listening to the news' might make you happier. Anyway, here's the final interview.

I got to be interviewed by Richard Wyatt who I seem to have grown up with on local TV reporting, I’m sure he was doing live broadcasts from the Bath and West when I was a teenager.

I took Joss with me this time who completed the last happiness course earlier this year. The reporters for the three hour news programme had put a few packages together leading up to the interview – vox pops on the street and interviews with local people with links to some of the happiness tips I had given them. They wanted to bracket the subject in the current financial climate and after a bad summer; suggesting that the course was good timing in the light of all that.
