I’m no theologian but dismissing Eckhart as just another new-age guru would be to miss out on a really interesting opportunity to explore the teaching of the New Testament. If you watch any of the webcast’s you will notice that he quotes the New Testament more than any other source, where do you think he got the title for his book from?

Eckhart Tolle’s books A Power Of Now and A New Earth are available from the bookshop above. They are a far better way into his teachings as they are not 70% full of talk show host interruptions.

I would also recommend buying and downloading the audio of A Power Of Now from the iTunes store if you have access to it and listen to the man rather than read him, if that’s your bent, as it is mine.
