  How it works.      
           
  A period of life coaching can be the most efficient way to identify what needs harmonizing in your life and how to go about realizing your dreams. You will inevitably learn more about yourself and your focus in life with the potential to increase happiness and reduce stress. A common misconception about coaching is that the coach's role is to tell you what to do by setting the agenda themselves. The opposite is the case - you will be the one to generate the goals, I'll help with defining them and the motivation to achieve them. Time will be spent discovering what your aims, ambitions and strengths are and then you will decide what actions you want to take. I will be there to offer vital support and encouragement during the process and suggest new ways to take action you might not have thought of. You may even be encouraged to set your sights even higher than you might have on your own.   My role as coach is to help you grow, achieve and increase happiness. I will provide you with ideas and perspective, support and encouragement and remain non-judgemental. I will draw on techniques, training but above all experience to help you discover the unique way forward specifically tailored to your needs.

Usually we will have fortnightly sessions either talking over the phone or in person. Depending on your needs - six to twelve sessions might be realistic. During this time we will identify a number of aims and changes you want to make and decide on practical actions that will enable that to happen.
