Inspiration from GB was 'Fire' and 'Follow Me'. I like this idea very much as it is rich in imagery and can inspire the imagination. It doesn't work in a breezy place though and needs some thinking about and adapting to your specific purpose.

1: Get some tea lights and matches, prepare your meditations and select a draft free place.

2:
Light the first tea light, put it down. Think about the future and the past. Think about Jesus and how you follow him. Move off, light another candle and meditate/ pray again about this stage. Repeat this process as many times as fits.

3:
Look back at your trail and reflect on your journey. See things in a new perspective. Notice what God has done for you. Give thanks.
